The written menu from the winemaker dinner from Balletto Vineyards in Sonoma County, CA.

If you’re like me you enjoy reading menus and getting inspiration from wine pairing menus, especially held by the winemaker!
I didn’t actually attend this dinner but picked up this menu when I visited Balletto Vineyards in Sonoma County, CA many years ago. The winery focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley.
I don’t have the date, but it was held on March 27 in some year at 6pm. Balletto Vineyards supplied the wine, and the food was prepared by Vinorosso Enoteca and Liberty Cafe (now closed), both in San Francisco.

March 27th, starting at 6pm @ Vinorosso, after the Aperitivo we will take a 2 block walk down to the Liberty Cafe for the rest of the meal in the Cottage/Patio area.
